The clubhouse located at 871 Chalmers Dr. is for the use and enjoyment of the owners of St. Andrews Park and their guests.
If you wish to reserve the clubhouse for a function of your association, a group of associations, or a social event open to all owners of St. Andrews Park, you must reserve the clubhouse in advance by contacting Capri Property Management 941-412-0449 or e-mail cpmi@cpmi.us
The clubhouse committee will make every effort to accommodate all associations, social groups and private parties. Do not add any information to the clubhouse calendar-- contact the clubhouse committee. Adding information not scheduled through the committee may result in a scheduling conflict.
Any function that is not open to all owners in St. Andrews Park, owners of an association or group of associations in St. Andrews Park is considered a private party.
If you wish to import community calendar events into your personal calendar, click the link below to export community events to a text file. This generates a comma delimited text file which you can save on your computer. The file may then be imported into Outlook, Excel, Access, and many calendar programs.
